Job Description
We are seeking a senior leader to direct the EMEA power generation and utilities function, ensuring safe, reliable operations across thermal, gas, and renewable assets. You will define regional strategy, oversee P&L, and drive operational excellence to maximize performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
- Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and capital allocation to meet performance targets.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and implement industry best practices.
- Coordinate major projects and engage stakeholders across the organization and region.
Requirements: 10+ years in power generation or utilities, proven leadership, technical engineering background, and strong stakeholder and project management skills. Role based in London or flexible within EMEA.
