Job Description

Omni Academy & Consulting is looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Reception Officer to oversee our front desk operations at Civic Center, Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad. This position serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, phone calls, and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and maintain a cordial reception area.
  • Handle phone and email communications with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding courses and administrative procedures.
  • Maintain visitor logs and direct individuals to the appropriate staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service position.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs40,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person
