Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, in-person Frontline HR Helpline Associate in Islamabad. Salary: Rs65,00/month. Shift: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM (rotational).
- Handle inbound HR helpline calls and resolve employee inquiries from across Pakistan.
- Log, track, and follow up on concerns; provide timely support and escalate as needed.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and calmness under pressure while multitasking.
Requirements: experience in Customer Service, HR Operations, or Call Center; strong English and Urdu communication skills. Excellent opportunity for growth in HR and customer service.
