Job Description
Location: Islamabad | Full-time | Mon–Fri | 9 AM – 6 PM
Zigron Inc is seeking a committed and experienced HR Operations Manager to enhance our dynamic team. Candidates should hold a degree in Psychology and have 5-6 years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong policy development capabilities, expertise in leave management, and a proactive approach while overseeing a small team. Experience with ERP systems and compliance with EOBI regulations is a must.
Primary Responsibilities: Formulate HR policies, maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance and leave records, and collaborate with department heads and the finance team for payroll processing.
