Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, punctual, and self-motivated E-commerce Specialist to join our team at Acgile, located on PWD Main Double Road, Islamabad.
Responsibilities:
- Manage dropshipping/wholesale operations.
- Handle customer orders, returns, and inquiries.
- Resolve issues related to claims, disputes, and account health.
- Process orders efficiently and strategize to improve Buy Box win percentage.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in E-Commerce sales.
- Prior experience with Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Details: Full-time, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month.
