Job Description
We are seeking a Rider Retention Specialist to design and execute retention programs, incentives, and targeted communications that boost active rider engagement and reduce churn. You will analyze rider behavior and key KPIs, run A/B tests, handle feedback and dispute resolution, and coordinate with operations and marketing to improve the rider experience.
- Requirements: 1–2 years in customer success or operations; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Data analysis proficiency (Excel required; SQL a plus) and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ride-hailing or gig platforms is preferred.
