Job Description
Innovative Software Solution is hiring a proactive Business Development Assistant to support sales and client acquisition. Key duties:
- Lead generation and outreach
- Prepare proposals and maintain CRM records
- Client onboarding and follow-up
Requirements: bachelor’s degree required; strong written and verbal communication skills (COMPULSORY); basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Temu, TikTok Shop) and fundamental development concepts; able to work independently. Outreach experience on Indeed, Facebook, Reddit, or Instagram is preferred.
