Job Description

We are seeking a senior leader to lead and scale our EMEA ecosystem by building strategic partnerships, unlocking new revenue streams, and increasing platform adoption. You will define go-to-market strategies, negotiate complex agreements, enable partner success, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive accelerated growth across the region.

• Develop and execute regional partnership and monetization strategies
• Negotiate high-value, multi-party agreements and manage partner performance
• Enable partners through training, tools, and joint GTM initiatives
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to maximize impact

Qualifications: 8+ years in business development or partner management in technology, a strong EMEA network, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and a proven record of closing strategic deals. Preferably based in EMEA and willing to travel.
