Job Description
Abendsoft seeks a qualified Customer Service Representative with strong written and verbal English to manage email and ticket inquiries efficiently. You will resolve Shopify-related questions, maintain low inbox volumes, and respond within 12 working hours.
- Responsibilities: handle tickets professionally, apply critical thinking to retain customers, identify and report complaint patterns, and meet daily email targets while preserving quality.
- Tools: proficiency with Shopify, Excel, and ChatGPT is required.
- Requirements: prior email-based support experience in a fast-paced environment and availability to work on-site in Lahore (Johar Town).
- Schedule: Monday–Friday plus one weekend day, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM. Full-time position.
