Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Demand Planner to support accurate demand forecasting, optimize inventory, and ensure timely product availability. The role involves analyzing historical sales and market data, collaborating with sales, marketing, and supply teams to develop monthly and weekly forecasts, maintaining demand models, and supporting S&OP processes. You will monitor key performance indicators, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve fill rates and reduce excess inventory.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or related field; 1–3 years in demand planning or forecasting.
- Skills: Advanced Excel, experience with ERP/forecasting tools, strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication.
- Preferred: Knowledge of SQL or Python.
