Job Description
Full-time, in-person position based at Kashif Center, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. Hours Mon–Sat: Females 10:00 AM–6:00 PM; Males 6:00 PM–3:00 AM.
Responsibilities:
- Search and submit bids on Upwork and Freelancer with tailored proposals.
- Clarify project scope, negotiate terms, and manage a steady pipeline of opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate proposals and track bid outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in BBA, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (A/O levels preferred).
- Upwork bidding experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong understanding of web development and excellent written and verbal English.
