Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned leader to direct Service Line (BOS) operations across the UAE and Bahrain. The role requires defining business strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence, and managing budgets, P&L, and resource allocation to guarantee timely service delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, build strong client and stakeholder relationships, and coordinate with regional leadership to achieve growth targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 8+ years in operations or service-line leadership with multi-country experience
- Strong analytical, stakeholder-engagement, and people-management skills
- Fluent English required; Arabic preferred; ability to travel within the region
