Job Description
We are seeking a senior leader to oversee strategy, operations, and sales for Service Line and Business Operations Support across the UAE and Bahrain. This role will lead cross-functional teams, drive revenue and margin growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop strategic client relationships to support regional expansion.
- Minimum 8+ years regional leadership with proven P&L accountability
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience
- Fluent in English, culturally aware of Gulf markets, and willing to travel
