Job Description
Paracha International Exchange is looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our Karachi Clifton Branch as a Telephone Operator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls and providing accurate foreign exchange rates over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via telephone.
- Deliver foreign exchange rate information promptly and accurately.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telephone Operator.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of currency exchange is advantageous.
Salary Range: 25,00 – 30,00 PKR per month.
Location: Karachi, Clifton Block 7.
