Job Description
Velosi is looking for a talented HR Executive to enhance our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This is a full-time, permanent role essential for overseeing our HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Assist in performance management initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
