Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive support to the Director of Sales at Mims. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing sales activities, fostering client relationships, and performing essential administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Director with various administrative and sales-related tasks.
- Organize meetings, prepare detailed reports, and handle all correspondence.
- Maintain and update client and sales databases efficiently.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments.
Requirements: Prior experience in a PA or sales support role is preferred; excellent communication skills; proficiency in MS Office; residence near Korangi; quick to learn.
Location: Korangi, Karachi
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs85,00.00 per month, full-time.
