Job Description
YUUA is currently looking for a skilled, confident, and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to enhance our vibrant team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and demonstrate exceptional communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and messages effectively.
- Deliver accurate information and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
