Job Description
We are seeking applications for the position of Hotel General Manager at SPACE. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience with a well-recognized brand.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee hotel operations and maintain knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
– Organize staff shifts and provide effective leadership.
– Develop and manage budgets to optimize profits and achieve sales goals.
– Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure property maintenance.
– Create and promote a positive work atmosphere.
Requirements:
– A self-motivated individual with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
– A graduate degree in a relevant field is preferred.
