Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Territory Sales Supervisor to lead sales activities within an assigned region. The successful candidate will manage a team of sales representatives, build strong client relationships, and implement strategic initiatives to increase revenue and market share.
- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs
- Coach and develop sales representatives to exceed goals
- Create and execute territory plans while ensuring exceptional customer service
