Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Islamabad. The selected candidate will earn a monthly salary ranging from PKR 45,00 to 50,00. Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, managing employee records, and supporting payroll and attendance management. The HR Assistant will also address staff inquiries, draft official HR correspondence, and ensure adherence to company HR policies.

Requirements: Candidates should possess at least an I.Com or equivalent qualification, demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, have basic knowledge of HR functions, and be proficient in MS Office. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
