Job Description
Hamsol is actively seeking a dedicated full-time HR Assistant to improve our employee recruitment process. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various technical positions.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
- Conduct pre-screening calls with potential candidates.
- Perform comprehensive job analyses.
- Source candidates through channels such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Facilitate interviews and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Support the implementation of HR policies.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and effective communication skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Salary: Rs25,00 – Rs35,00 per month
