Job Description
FoneRep is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive for a US-based Campaign. This position entails handling 70% inbound calls and 30% outbound calls, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
– Strong communication and active listening abilities
– Self-motivated, organized team player
– Basic proficiency in computer skills and CRM software
– Availability to work night shifts starting at 6 PM
