Job Description
Expert BOS is looking for a qualified Country Manager to oversee our operations in Pakistan. This full-time position is responsible for managing all back-office functions, including recruitment, human resources, and team leadership. You will serve as the primary liaison between local operations and global management, ensuring efficient and profitable business practices.
Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, leading the team, overseeing HR processes, negotiating lease agreements, and enhancing workflow efficiencies. The ideal candidate will possess over 7 years of management experience in BPO or multinational settings, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
The salary range is Rs350,00.00 to Rs500,00.00 per month. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Join us to make a significant impact!
