Job Description
Hashage Ltd is on the lookout for a detail-oriented, results-driven Project & Digital Marketing Manager. This key role will involve managing daily operations, fostering effective communication with clients, and leading our internal team to deliver superior service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, promptly addressing their needs.
- Lead and support the social media and marketing team, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Delegate tasks and monitor team progress effectively.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns by engaging with clients to define their goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare timely reports for clients.
- Ensure outstanding client satisfaction and address any challenges.
- Assist in onboarding processes for new clients and team members.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
