Job Description
Logix Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer for our esteemed client located in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, ranging from PKR 45,00 to 50,00 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and solar installers with product-related inquiries and challenges.
- Provide comprehensive support for product settings and installation instructions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to solar inverters.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with prompt resolution of complaints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
