Job Description
If you are an experienced leader with a strong passion for hospitality, Four Sons (Pvt.) Ltd – California Pizza is searching for a dedicated and proactive Shift Manager to enhance our dynamic team in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant during your shift.
- Inspire and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Effectively manage staff schedules and delegate tasks.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints to guarantee satisfaction.
- Train and develop restaurant staff for continued excellence.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month.
