Job Description
Ericsson is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Support Engineer to deliver data-driven solutions for customer-reported issues. In this essential role, you will identify, isolate, and resolve faults, ensuring network stability while adhering to Service Level Agreements. As you gain experience, you will tackle increasingly complex operational and technical challenges for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Participate in on-site activities and emergency fault resolutions.
- Manage significant operational challenges and customer contracts.
- Act as a security expert and primary contact for customers.
