Job Description
Ericsson is seeking a knowledgeable and committed Support Engineer to deliver data-driven solutions for customer-reported issues while aligning with established processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). In this role, you will be responsible for leading investigations, resolving customer challenges, and collaborating on emergency responses. Additionally, you will participate in security reviews and assist with operational issues related to customer contracts.
We are looking for candidates who possess strong skills in problem management, negotiation, and collaboration, as well as expertise in data analysis and building customer relationships.
