Job Description
TMR Consulting is in search of a committed Management Trainee in Accounts to join our dynamic team and gain a thorough understanding of our operations. In this role, you will support managers in a variety of tasks, engage in strategic planning, and assist with daily administrative duties such as data entry.
Responsibilities:
- Gain insight into company operations.
- Provide support to managers with various tasks.
- Learn and apply performance evaluation techniques.
- Participate in strategic planning activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
