Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join HRPSP – Your Strategic HR Partner, located in Rawalpindi. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 55,00 – 70,00, targeting mid-level professionals. In this role, you will facilitate HR service delivery, spearhead recruitment processes, assist with payroll management, handle employee relations, and oversee daily HR operations.
Qualifications: A degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, plus 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices and exhibit excellent communication skills.
