Job Description

SIAR Digital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Customer Service Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating customer interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards, providing constructive feedback and coaching to agents, and identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

Key responsibilities include preparing evaluation reports for management, developing training materials to boost service quality, supporting customer experience initiatives, resolving complex customer issues, and staying updated on product knowledge.

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and have 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.

This position is based in DHA Phase 1, Karachi, Pakistan. It is a full-time, onsite role with a salary range of Rs70,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month.
