Job Description

Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is hiring an experienced Medical Billing Officer to join our team in Karachi. This full-time role is within the IT/Software Services sector and involves critical responsibilities such as submitting and following up on medical insurance claims, managing charge entries, payment postings, and patient billing. The successful applicant will also resolve claim denials, ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines, and communicate effectively with clients and insurance companies.

Qualifications include: 2-3 years of medical billing experience (preferably offshore), proficiency in billing software (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD), and a strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential, and candidates must be willing to work night shifts.
