Job Description

Hospital Supply Corporation is looking for a committed and detail-oriented Imports Officer to oversee key functions within our Import Department at the Karachi Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all documentation related to import shipments and customs clearance.
• Coordinate effectively with freight forwarders and clearing agents for smooth shipment processing.
• Engage with banking institutions concerning letters of credit, bank contracts, and document collections.
• Prepare detailed reports on shipments, letters of credit, purchase forecasts, and transactions using Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Conduct site visits to the ADC for drug consignment approvals and review invoices for accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or MBA in Supply Chain preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in imports.
• Strong verbal communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent coordination skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
