Job Description
Hot N Spicy Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Feedback Supervisor to join our call center team in Defence Phase 5, Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing customer interactions, collecting valuable feedback, addressing complaints, and accurately maintaining records in Excel. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate service quality by analyzing recorded customer calls.
- Collect and document customer feedback regarding their experiences.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain organized records of feedback and complaints using Excel.
- Work collaboratively with teams to improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
