Job Description
We are currently seeking multiple candidates for the position of Technical Support Representative in Karachi. In this role, you will deliver exceptional technical assistance to our valued customers by providing support for telecom services through phone, email, and chat communications. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and keeping abreast of product and service updates.
Ideal candidates should possess a 3-year diploma in a related field, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply. Male candidates aged 32-35 who own a motorcycle are preferred. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs32,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month.
