Job Description
Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a skilled Organizational Development (OD) Manager to support a client in the Ecommerce fashion sector based in DHA, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies and performance management systems.
- Lead initiatives focused on change and talent management.
- Design and establish an in-house training program.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- MBA in Human Resources from an accredited institution.
- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month
