Job Description

Join Abacus Consulting as a Quality Evaluator! In this role, you will be responsible for performing live call monitoring and providing trend data to the management team. We are looking for candidates with at least one year of call center experience and a bachelor’s degree.

The ideal candidate must possess good communication skills, exceptional listening and analytical skills, and excellent proficiency in MS Excel for creating stats and graphs. This is a full-time position with a competitive pay range of Rs37,00.00 – Rs42,00.00 per month.
