Job Description

Abacus Consulting is seeking an enthusiastic IT Assistant to join our dynamic team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will manage workflow through our call ticketing system, provide software installation and troubleshooting for end users, and support network printer configurations. Responsibilities also include general desktop support, project coordination, and addressing performance issues.

We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or IT, and 0-2 years of experience. This full-time position operates on a rotational shift. Reliable commuting to Islamabad is required.
