Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at OLX. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve monthly sales targets by identifying potential clients and providing end-to-end resolutions to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Meeting monthly sales targets through customer engagement.
- Managing customer issues comprehensively.
- Delivering standard solutions for client queries.
- Maintaining a customer database and forecasting sales opportunities.
Preferred Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ year of relevant sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Call handling experience is a must
