Job Description
Dejure Technologies is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Intern to build and maintain strong client relationships. You will ensure exceptional service and support, helping clients achieve their marketing goals through our social media services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for clients and resolve issues promptly.
- Understand client needs and identify at-risk clients.
- Provide support to team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-6 months of relevant experience.
Location: PIA Road Main Boulevard, near Wapda Town, Lahore
