Job Description
eQuraneKareem is seeking a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to facilitate outbound calls to our international clients. You will assist in onboarding new students for both academic and Islamic projects, ensuring a smooth transition.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new students through effective communication.
- Manage high volumes of outbound calls.
- Maintain professionalism and friendliness.
Requirements: Fresh to one year of experience in CSR and strong communication skills.
