Job Description
Position: Customer Care Executive
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1-2 years as a Customer Service Representative in a Call Center
Age Limit: 18-35 years
Requirements: Must be fluent in English
Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, provide online support, verify billing addresses, conduct outreach for sales leads, follow up on service requests, and maintain accurate records.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month with up to Rs15,00 in incentives
Location: Rawalpindi
