Job Description
HR Wallay is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for property development projects. The successful candidate will assess project costs, prepare tender documents, and monitor expenses to ensure projects remain within budget. Responsibilities also include evaluating contracts, handling payments, and providing cost analysis to optimize financial efficiency throughout the construction process.
