Job Description
The Silver Star Group is seeking a dedicated HR Associate to assist and support the HR Business Partner in executing various HR functions. Responsibilities include internal advisement on HR matters, reviewing the Organogram, conducting job analysis, implementing performance management systems, and facilitating training initiatives.
Candidates must hold a BBA or MBA in HR and reside in Daska, Sialkot, Gujranwala, or nearby areas. This is a full-time position offering a salary between Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month.
