Job Description
ValueLabs is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect for our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will have 8-11 years of relevant experience with a strong focus on ServiceNow, particularly in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). Responsibilities include the development and enhancement of ITAM, SAM, and HAM, along with implementation and maintenance of these systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in ITAM, SAM, and HAM.
- 3+ years experience with ServiceNow ITAM, including SAM and HAM.
- Familiarity with integrations such as CMDB, ITSM, and procurement tools.
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Python).
- ITAM process knowledge and excellent communication skills.
