Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating information.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and selecting the best solutions.
- Manage airline and shipping line books.
- Data capturing on carriers’ web-based system.
- Prepare export documentation and monitor shipments.
- Coordinate with sea port and airport staff for shipment handling.
Qualification: BBA/B.com/MBA/M.com (Fresh Graduates)
