– Create regional sales plans and quotas aligned with business goals.
– Support Store Managers in daily operations.
– Evaluate store and individual performances.
– Report on regional sales results and forecast profits.
– Identify hiring needs and train new salespeople.
– Analyze regional market trends for growth opportunities.
– Suggest innovative services/products and sales techniques.
Education: Min Bachelors Degree, Preferably Masters Degree
Experience: 18+ years total, 5+ years in RSM role.
