Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage fraud-specific queues.
- Initiate and conduct investigations using internal and external resources.
- Enter data into SFDC to monitor loss information.
- Work on the OTRS ticketing system.
- Verify checks through calls.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
