Job Description
Aptech Learning, a world-renowned IT vocational institute, is seeking applications for the position of Student Relationship Officer at our Defence Center, Hyderabad. Candidates should be smart, graduates, proficient in MS Office, and possess strong communication and presentation skills. Preference will be given to those with experience in student or customer care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Track student attendance and absentees.
- Organize monthly parent-teacher meetings.
- Resolve student complaints promptly.
- Distribute vouchers and follow up.
- Conduct student batch transfers and extra classes.
- Maintain relationships with students, teachers, and staff.
- Manage student records and forms.
- Follow up with fee defaulters.
