Job Description
Joyland is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Network Support Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installation and maintenance of network hardware/software.
- Troubleshoot network issues and monitor performance.
- Support Windows OS setup and maintenance.
- Conduct network tests and collaborate on improvements.
- Provide end-user technical support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years’ experience in network support.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
- Familiarity with routers, switches, and firewalls.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
